Miles Temp, the 18-year-old lo-fi indie singer-songwriter rapidly rising through the ranks of the North West music scene, releases his seventh single, ‘See Through’, through Ripe Records. Going onto play Radio 1s Big Weekend 2025 as a part of the BBC Introducing stage as their open mic winner, alongside gaining support and a debut play off Radio 1.

Following recent single ‘Before You’, which Boot Magazine praised as “a minimalist masterpiece”, Temp continues to cement his reputation as a songwriter who can capture life’s most fragile moments with clarity and depth. Where ‘Before You’ explored the emotional aftermath of a life-changing encounter, his most recent single, ‘See Through', is transparent about its focus on first love and heartbreak. The track reflects on the all-consuming nature of giving yourself fully to someone, only to emerge feeling invisible, fragile, and see-through.

Gaining support from Radio stations such as Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Radio X, BBC Merseyside, The Florrie and many more.

Alongside playlist support from Apple Music (New in Alternative), Amazon Music (Brand New Music) and SoundCloud (Fresh Pressed Friday).

Since his debut in 2021, Miles Temp has quickly become one of Liverpool's most exciting up-and-coming artists. He draws inspiration from artists such as Clairo, Lola Young, and Olivia Dean, blending lo-fi indie-pop with heartfelt, soul-searching lyrics. He describes his sound as a way to “touch the soul” and help others navigate their own emotions.

His journey from writing songs at 15 to playing continuously in Liverpool has been marked by standout moments such as performing to a packed Sound City 2024 performance at The Jacaranda Basement, this year’s BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend as well as supporting Ellis Murphy at the Philharmonic Music Room. This year, Miles Temp is set to support Ava Fitz at the Arts Club Loft in October as well as announcing his first headline show at the Jacaranda Basement on November 22nd 2025 presented by Harvest Sun Promotions.
